The rules that decide whether a bonus pays out: account, payment, bonus and verification terms in plain language.

1. Eligibility

You need to be 18, or the legal age where you live if that's higher, in order to sign up and play. Whether online gambling is legal at your location is for you to confirm.

2. Operator and licence

The operator of Lucky Boom Casino is MAIREKE LIMITADA, a Costa Rican company, licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. The law of the State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, governs these terms.

3. Your account

Each person is allowed one account. Give truthful details, make sure the account name matches the name of your payment method, and keep your login to yourself.

• Several accounts under one name, device or payment method can be closed with no warning.
• Formal requests, including self-exclusion and account closure, are only accepted from your registered email address.

4. Deposits

Deposits have to originate from a payment instrument registered to you. The lowest deposit is €20, or €40 on the fifth welcome-bonus step.

• Cards in numbers: up to 10 transactions a day and 40 a month, and per card no more than €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month.
• Fiat money and crypto are held in separate balances and cannot be combined.

5. Withdrawals and verification

No withdrawal is paid before KYC is complete: a government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding it, and a bank statement or utility bill under three months old, with the same name on each. Under AML rules, what you deposit has to be wagered three times before it can leave.

• The smallest withdrawal is €40 and your request is reviewed within two business days.
• Non-jackpot winnings can be withdrawn up to €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month. Jackpot wins carry no cap.
• A payout that exceeds what a method allows per transaction may be paid in parts.
• A withdrawal that hasn't completed yet can be cancelled, and the money returns to your play balance.

6. Bonuses

Each bonus must be switched on in your profile ahead of the qualifying deposit, because it can't be added afterwards, and only one bonus can be live at a time.

• Wagering multiplies the welcome package by 40 and the first live bonus by 15.
• While wagering, no single spin or round may exceed €5, or €1 on the first-deposit bonus.
• Slots clear the requirement at 100%, live casino at 10%, and table games and video poker don't count.
• Winnings from all bonuses together can't pass €10,000, and the cash-out limit after wagering is ten times the starting bonus.
• Asking for a withdrawal during an active bonus cancels it together with the related bonus balance.

7. Dormant accounts

An account left alone for six months running is charged €10 monthly for as long as it still holds money.
