Responsible gambling

A bonus is never worth losing control. Here are the tools, the warning signs and the groups that can help.

18+

A reminder of who stands behind Lucky Boom: MAIREKE LIMITADA (Costa Rica), operating under an Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority licence, with the terms written under Anjouan law. The licence is offshore rather than national, so verify that online gambling is legal in your country before playing.

Our commitment

Every Lucky Boom page shows an 18+ badge and a begambleaware.org link. Stake only what you can afford to lose, and never try to win losses back.

Tools available to you

• Self-exclusion works by email from your registered address; it takes hold within 24 hours and runs a minimum of six months.
• Cooling-off gives you a seven-day pause whenever you ask for it.
• Session awareness means tracking how long you've played and what you've spent, and taking breaks on a regular basis.
• Parental control means guidance on keeping devices and passwords where children can't reach them.

Know the signs

Think about stopping for a while, or seeking help, if you:

• keep going longer or spend more than you intended;
• take on debt or let bills slide so you can gamble;
• grow tense or short with people when you try to stop;
• keep quiet about your gambling around those you're close to.

Keeping control

• Before you start, settle on how much you'll spend and for how long.
• Think of it as a paid hobby, never as earnings.
• Don't play when you're upset, exhausted or have had a drink.
• Pause every so often and read through what you've spent.

Where to get help
